Cara Membuat Bola Ubi Coklat Lumer


Bahan-Bahan

  • 1 kg ubi atau ketela
  • 100 gram tepung ketan
  • 2 sdm tepung tapioka atau tepung kanji
  • Tepung Panir atau tepung roti
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • Coklat secukupnya

Cara Membuat

  • Pertama, rebus atau kukus ubi hingga matang. Kemudian haluskan.
  • Selanjutnya, campurkan ubi yang sudah dihaluskan dengan tepung ketan, tepung tapioka, dan garam. Aduk hingga tercampur merata.
  • Kemudian, bentuk adonan menjadi bulat-bulat dengan ukuran sesuai selera. Jangan lupa untuk beri isian cokelat.
  • Setelah dibentuk bulat, gulirkan ke tepung panir atau tepung roti.
  • Lalu, goreng bola ubi hingga matang berwarna kuning keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Bola ubi cokelat lumer siap dihidangkan.
